1. Products & Pricing. Prices and availability may change. We may correct errors or cancel orders that resulted from errors.

2. Orders & Fulfillment. We use third-party, print-on-demand fulfillment partners (e.g., Printful/Printify). Production timelines typically [X–Y business days], shipping [range by region] after fulfillment.

3. Taxes & Duties. You’re responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and import fees.

4. Risk of Loss. Risk passes to you upon carrier’s acceptance. We’ll assist with lost/damaged package claims per our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns/Exchanges. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for eligibility and process.

6. Promotions. Promo codes have stated terms; one per order unless noted.

7. License to Use Content. Product designs are licensed for personal use only; no resale or commercial exploitation without written permission.

8. Warranty & Liability. PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
